What is a mobile car detailing?Mobile car detailing is a professional service that brings all the necessary equipment and supplies to your location, whether it's your home or office. At Viper Car Detailing, we provide this convenient service to customers in Boston and Greater Boston areas. Our experienced detailers can perform a full range of detailing services, from basic washes to complete interior and exterior detailing, without you having to leave your location. It's a perfect solution for busy Bostonians who want to keep their cars clean and well-maintained but don't have the time to visit a detailing shop.
What size car do I have?- Sedan & Coupe: These are typically smaller vehicles with two or four doors and are designed to accommodate up to five passengers. - Mid-size SUV (2 row seats): These are larger than sedans and coupes, with two rows of seats, and are designed to carry up to five passengers. - Full-size SUV (3 row seats): These are larger than mid-size SUVs, with three rows of seats, and are designed to carry up to eight passengers. - Truck: These are vehicles with an open cargo area at the back and are designed to carry heavy loads. Trucks come in a variety of sizes, ranging from compact pickups to full-size trucks.
What do I do with my personal belongings?We ask that you remove any personal belongings from your vehicle before our arrival. If you are unable to remove any items, we can work around them, but we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
How much is Pet hair removal?For pet hair removal, we usually charge $80.
I have a child seat in my vehicle, will you remove it?We do not remove child seats. We can clean around them, but we ask that you remove any child seats prior to our arrival.
Do all the stains come out of my carpet and upholstery when you shampoo it?We can’t guarantee that all stains are removed. Upholstery is similar to clothes, the longer the stain is left to set, and the harder it is to fully remove. We do a great job on stains though and can get most tough stains out.
What type of products does Viper car Detailing use?At Viper Car Detailing, we are committed to using the best products available in the car detailing industry to ensure exceptional results for our customers. Recognizing that no single company offers all great products, we have extensively tested various brands. We have identified several standout brands that consistently deliver outstanding performance. Some of the brands we rely on include Meguaire's, Koch-Kemie, SystemX, and a few others.
Can you detail at my home, office or apartment?Yes, we offer mobile detailing services in Greater Boston Area and can come to your preferred location, whether it's your home, office, or apartment as long as it is safe for our technicians to perform the job.
Is tipping normal? If so, how much?Yes, tipping is appreciated, but not necessary. If you decide to tip, the amount is entirely up to you.
Cancellations and refunds?Clients can cancel anytime before 48 hours of the appointment time for a full refund. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit fee paid online will be kept for the income lost during that time slot.
